• AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only
• Our AI tools do not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice
• Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns
• AI responses may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

All content, features, and functionality of our Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software—are owned by GIFT Connect, its licensors, or other content providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content: When you use our AI tools, you retain ownership of any original input you provide. However, you grant GIFT Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires prior written consent from GIFT Connect.

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Harm, exploit, or attempt to harm minors in any way
• Generate, distribute, or store content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
• Use AI tools to generate content that infringes on third-party rights

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GIFT CONNECT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIFT CONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Provide notice through the Services or via email where required
• Give you the opportunity to review changes before they take effect

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
